Nestled on the back drop of the Quantock Hills, Smokeham Farm has it all at a price that won't break the bank. Comprising of 9 en-suite bedrooms across two floors, this property offers families and party groups a lot of very sociable living space, and a lot of unique and characterful sleeping space.
To keep you entertained there is a pool table in the annexe, a 10 seater hot tub on the patio, and more countryside walks than you can count.
If you are looking to dine together then look no further than the kitchen diner which can seat 18-20 people around the 2 large oak tables, or if the weather permits sit at the large alfresco dining tables outside. When it's time to retire to more comfortable surroundings then head upstairs to the large lounge with exposed beams, roaring log burner (or open up the bi-fold doors if the weather permits)

In terms of location, Smokeham Farm can't be beaten. With views across the patchwork countryside, rolling hills, for as far as the eye can see, you simply relax as soon as you arrive at Smokeham. If the weather is nice you can enjoy the long walks from the house either up on the Quantocks, or down to the local pub. If the weather is poor, fire up the log burner and sit back and enjoy the full Sky TV package whilst the underfloor heating warms your feet.
As far as sleeping goes, there are 4 bedrooms downstairs, each with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms, all with en-suites. Crossing over to the annexe (adjoined but only accessible using the external 10m path from front door to front door) you will find another lounge, pool table, and 2 more en-suite bedrooms. There are also 2 sofa beds located in the annexe allowing the property to accommodate 20 in total.
