Beanacre Barn has been beautifully designed with couples in mind but offers the flexibility of a sofa bed should you wish to have friends visit for a night or two. Sitting within beautifully manicured gardens that are picturesque when in full bloom, the barn has been awarded Four Star Gold by Visit England and is ideally positioned amongst the magnificent Mendip Hills on the outskirts of the little Somerset village of Binegar.
A tranquil spot to relax and unwind, guests can enjoy everything a countryside setting has to offer whilst affording the convenience of being close to the Roman City of Bath and Bristol which both offer a wealth of shops, attractions and restaurants. Even closer still is Wells, England's smallest city which also has great shops and eateries and is only five miles from Beanacre Barn.
Spend your days sitting back admiring the views in the pretty walled cottage garden amongst the flowers and wildlife, or venture out and explore this picturesque part of the South West. The immediate location is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with great opportunities for walkers and cyclists. Explore the impressive natural and archaeological attractions such as Stanton Drew Stone Circles, Glastonbury Tor, iconic Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole Caves and Westward Hay with its incredible starling murmurations. There are also pretty villages to visit, National Trust properties and glorious gardens just waiting to be discovered.
Dating as far back as the 16th Century, Beanacre Barn offers the perfect mix of character features and modern conveniences to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing.
