SOUTHWARD has an enclosed terrace, is very dog friendly, very suitable for those with limited mobility, it is wheelchair accessible, has allocated parking spaces in the Aberdovey Hillside Village guest car park. As with all our properties enjoys amazing ever-changing panoramic sea views. There is at least one of the Aberdovey Hillside Village Team at hand 24/7, we will welcome you and do what we can to make your stay with us as special as can be. For those looking for good quality wi-fi connection, we tick that box too, we have a network of superfast broadband and 5G hubs for you to connect to.

The website also has a two webcam that pan 24/7 from east through south to west and back again zooming in on points of interest, demonstrating the panoramic views that our guests enjoy.

SOUTHWARD'S living area is spacious and open plan, it is split in to two areas the lounge and the dining and kitchen areas, patio windows open out on to the south facing terrace, the amazing ever-changing sea views are experienced from the whole of the living area.
The lounge has two new (two and three person) sofas and a new leather reclining armchair perfect surrounding an oak and granite coffee table. The dining kitchen area overlooks the terrace and the sea views beyond, the dining part has seating round a oak and granite table for 6 comfortably. It has the following integrated appliances Dishwasher, Fridge and Freezer, Electric fan oven and hob. There is plenty of storage space and kitchen equipment with matching utensils for 8.
SOUTHWARD has three Bedrooms sleeping 6 as follows:
Bedroom 1 - A double with chest of drawers, bedside tables, and built-in wardrobe. Sea views over estuary and beyond.
Bedroom 2 - A Twin, with chest of drawers, bedside tables, and built-in wardrobe.

THE TWO BATH / SHOWER ROOMS - SOUTHWARD has a spacious Family Bathroom. The shower room has a large walk-in shower. Both have accessibility features.
