Dating back to 1840, this attractive self-catering cottage is beautifully presented throughout with many luxurious touches to ensure a high standard of comfort and style. Accommodation is spread out over two floors and is attached to the owner's Grade II listed farmhouse. With a lovely mix of modern day comforts and traditional features, Geinasfarm Cottage is perfect all year round with a log burner in the inglenook for cosy winter nights and a patio with BBQ and outdoor furniture for alfresco dining when the sun shines.
Enjoying lovely views that stretch to Bodfari village, Geinasfarm Cottage nestles amongst two acres of grounds within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty at the foot of the Clwydian Hill Range. Perfect for those who enjoy walking, exploring and simply relaxing, there is a pub for a meal out within walking distance and the vast outdoor playground of Snowdonia National Park a car ride away. The coast is also only eight miles from the cottage for lazy beach days providing a wealth of choice whether your desire is the rolling hills, sparkling rivers or cry of the gulls.
Lace up your walking boots and spend your days exploring the Offa's Dyke Footpath (only five minutes by foot from the cottage) or browse the shops of nearby Denbigh (three miles away) and the county town of Ruthin. The choices locally for days out are plentiful whether adventure in Snowdonia beckons, or the history of the Borderlands with Llangollen and the City of Chester less than an hour away by car.
Alternatively, stay put and relax amongst the beauty of the landscape that surrounds Geinasfarm Cottage. Whatever the time of year, the cottage provides a warm welcome.
