Brook Lodge is a spacious self-catering holiday home situated on a 74 acre peaceful holiday Park. Ideal for couples- sleeping up to 4 people and allowing for 1 dog. There is an abundance of nature and wildlife to be enjoyed from the lodge, you may even glimpse a Red Kite or two from the decking. The Lodge Park also offers a putting green for you to challenge your partner or show off your skills.
Situated within 8 miles of Welshpool, 12 miles of Newtown and just a 5 minute drive to the small town of Llanfair Caereinion, Brook Lodge is the perfect location for your holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of towns but close enough to access the essentials. We are even lucky enough to have the Pandy Butchers just a stones throw away. Why not try some of the local produce on offer and get a BBQ going? Or if you don't feel like cooking, there are many pubs and restaurants within close driving distance.
There is plenty to see and do in Welshpool and the surrounding areas. Welshpool has an offering of independent gift shops and cafes. We would definitely recommend a trip to the local bakery - The Little Welsh Bakery- serving up some delicious cakes, savouries and breads.
Why not soak up some local history with a visit to Powis Castle or a trip on the Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway? Or if you're feeling active take a trip to Lake Vyrnwy where you can hire a bike or take a stroll around the Lake itself. If walking is your cup of tea, the renowned Glyndŵr's Way is definitely not one to be missed. It's one of the most popular scenic paths in Mid-Wales. The route boasts some of the finest landscapes in Wales including fantastic views of Lake Vyrnwy, Clywedog Reservoir and the Cambrian Mountains.
Although we are located in the heart of Mid-Wales, the coastline is within easy reach - Borth, Aberdovey, Porthmadog, Barmouth and Tywyn are only an hours drive away. Other activities and days out include: Dyfi Osprey Project, Dolforwyn Castle, Attingham Park Estate and Glansevern Hall Gardens, to name just a few!

Brook Lodge is a detached wooden lodge with large decking area, perfect for enjoying your morning cuppa with a view. The lodge interior itself is all on one level however there are steps to access the property, therefore we would suggest that it is not wheelchair friendly.
Offering a relaxed open plan kitchen, living room and dining area makes the lodge ideal for socialising. With glass French Doors leading from the living room onto the decking, allowing you to enjoy the outside from within.
Living / Dining Room- 2 x 3-seater sofas, electric fire, side tables. Large Freesat TV with DVD player. Extendable dining table with 4 chairs. The entire lodge has double glazing and central heating so you can holiday in comfort whatever the weather.
Kitchen- Well-equipped fitted kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer, additional fridge (perfect for keeping drinks cool on a hot summers day), dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and oven. Ideal if you fancy staying in with a home cooked meal.
Bedrooms- King size master bedroom with large fitted wardrobes and en-suite walk-in shower & WC. Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe.
Bathroom- Large walk-in shower, WC and basin.
