Our family run large holiday home, located in the friendly Northumberland village of Norham right on the river Tweed, 5 miles from Berwick-upon -Tweed and the coast. Ideal for parties and celebrations, but also for family holidays, and friends being close to the tweed for fishing, links golf courses, cycling, walking and general sightseeing of north Northumberland and the borders. The village has two lovely pubs, a very good butcher, and local shop selling everything you may have forgotten. Berwick-upon tweed, has all other amenities you may need.

This large holiday let, sleeps 15 - 17 in 7 bedrooms (10 in separate beds). One double ensuite, three more double bedrooms, a family room (double and two singles), two kings/twins with a spare daybed.
The three other shower/bathrooms are plenty to service the other six bedrooms.
The property also boasts two reception rooms with cosy open fires. A dining room which will seat 17. A bar area with a pool table and a conservatory with table tennis table, both separate to the main house and as such sound proof.
A large garden with a barbecue, plenty of seating, benches.
It also has a downstairs toilet for extra convenience.

There is plenty of parking directly in front of the house just next to the wide road that runs through the village. The village EV point is directly opposite the house. Wood is provided for the open fires. If you would like to hire a spa, that is fine, just let us know so we can liaise for delivery etc.
