Cooks Cottage is a dog-friendly two bedroom cottage situated in the middle of Mundesley village on the North Norfolk coast. Located in a no-through road, within a few minutes walk from the shops, beach, pub and Gold Park, the cottage is situated in a quiet location where guests can relax and dine alfresco on the sun-trap south-facing patio.

Mundesley is a pretty Victorian cliff top seaside village with a glorious sandy beach. As well as the Ship Inn pub located by the beach which is dog friendly and serves fantastic food there is also a 9 hole / 18 tee golf club, established in 1901, which will provide a satisfying challenge to players of all abilities. The shops include - fish & chips, cafes, greengrocers, butchers, ladies clothes, RNLI charity shop, crafts, gifts, second hand books, records, cds, chemist, post office, ice creams, bicycles for purchase and hire.

Mundesley is the perfect location from which to visit Norwich, Holt, Sheringham, Cromer, Blakeney Point, Horsey Gap, Wroxham and the Norfolk Broads - all accessible in under 30 minutes. Perfect for walking and cycling it is on the Norfolk coast path and is surrounded by various cycle routes. Alternatively head to the Norfolk Broads for a guided river trip or hire a boat for the day.

Accommodation - ground floor

The ground floor has an open plan living area comprising of living room , dining area, galley style kitchen and conservatory.

  • The living room is a cosy place to crash out or snuggle up on the sofas around the TV after a long day outside exploring. The TV has freesat and a DVD player is provided with a number of DVDs.
  • The dining area and kitchen are fully equipped - Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and gas hob. There is also a picnic cooler and bag, blanket and picnic ware for your use.
  • Off the dining area is the conservatory - perfect to occupy for drinks during Summer evenings with the doors opening wide onto the patio.

Accommodation - first floor

The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the first floor.

  • The main bedroom is located at the front of the cottage and houses a super-king size (6ft wide) bed with a Simba mattress. The luxury continues with Egyptian cotton sheets and towels. There is also a freesat TV.
  • The second bedroom at the back of the cottage has twin 3ft beds with Simba mattresses. As with the main bedroom there are Egyptian cotton sheets and towels. There are also blankets.
  • The bathroom has a shower over a bath, wash basin and WC.
