BimbleBox Stable is a bright and welcoming holiday cottage in Reepham, sitting just beyond the town on a quiet stretch of countryside where the fields seem to run on for miles. This single-level self-catering accommodation has been converted from an old stable, though the tall glass panels and generous skylight give it a fresh, modern feel. Mornings start easily around the big quartz island, and the stable doors let in a soft breeze without letting dogs or children wander. After a day out in North Norfolk, guests often drift towards the hot tub under clear skies. You can walk straight across the fields to All Day Brewing Company for craft beer and pizza, while the 16th-century King’s Arms is close enough for an easy evening wander.
Reepham itself is a proper Norfolk market town with its own rhythm. The conservation-area square hosts a weekly market along with occasional antiques fairs, and the three churches sharing one churchyard always spark interest from first-time visitors. Independent shops, cafés and restaurants fill the centre, and down by the old station, you’ll find a small museum and tearoom. It’s also where the Marriott's Way begins—a long, tree-lined walking and cycling route towards Norwich that avoids roads almost entirely.
From this holiday cottage in Norfolk, days out are simple to plan. The North Norfolk coast sits within easy reach, with Cley, Blakeney and Morston offering marshes, birdlife and boat trips to the seal colonies. Cromer brings sandy beaches and a classic seaside feel, while the Broads around Wroxham offer peaceful exploration by day boat. Blickling Hall’s grand Jacobean estate lies close by, and Salle Church—just a short stroll from the property—comes with stories linked to Anne Boleyn. When you need shops, galleries or a wider choice of restaurants, Norwich is an easy drive. With coast, countryside and culture all close together, BimbleBox Stable makes a relaxed base year-round.
