The Seashells is right on the seafront at Littlestone-on-Sea, with a pebble beach just across the road and expansive views of the English Channel from three balconies. This coastal holiday home is modern, set over four floors, and sleeps eight in four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen/diner downstairs is perfect for relaxing, with space to cook, eat and chill in a comfortable open plan space overlooking the sea.
Littlestone is a peaceful seaside village, with wide skies with amazing sunrises and sunsets and great access for walkers and cyclists to enjoy the coastal paths. There's a local shop about ten minutes walk away for essentials, and New Romney, about a mile away, offers more cafés, pubs, and shops. Golfers can reach the links course in just a few minutes walk from the house and visitors can take advantage of the clubhouse bar and restaurant too. The house has a large double garage which is set up as a games room with table tennis, table football, and darts, which is perfect for rainy days, but also a great space for storing bikes, golf clubs and paddleboards.
This part of Kent is great for day trips. You can walk to Greatstone's wide sandy beach, and Dymchurch is nearby for classic seaside fun in the summer. Families often visit the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway, and Dungeness is known for its open landscapes and wildlife. Rye has cobbled streets and small shops for a change of pace, while Folkestone offers independent shops, upmarket restaurants, galleries and coastal walks in Lower Leas. Whether you're at the beach, exploring the coast, or enjoying long meals at the house, The Seashells is a comfortable place to stay with sea views throughout.

At the back of the house, there's a paved, enclosed courtyard that's great for secure parking or outdoor seating. There's also a barbecue for warm evenings. You can park for free along the seafront, and the garage has useful storage for bikes, golf clubs, and beach gear.
Additional Information
WiFi is available throughout the house. Bed linen and bath towels are included. A travel cot and highchair can be provided, though guests will need to bring cot bedding. Two well-behaved dog (medium size) are welcome if arranged in advance. Please note that the house is set over four floors and may not be suitable for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
