Unicorn Barn is perfect for families or groups of friends as there is space for up to 12 people to sleep in six bedrooms, with those on the ground floor designed with the comfort of wheelchair users in mind. The owners are justifiably proud of the barn's 5-Star Award from Visit England which allows guests to book with confidence, knowing to expect a very comfortable stay. The barn is part of Church Farm Barns in the quiet village of Shottery, within walking distance not only of two excellent pubs and a choice of shops but also Anne Hathaway's Cottage and Gardens.
This location is perfect for mixed groups who can't agree on what constitutes the ideal holiday. Fans of The Bard will love being within a 15-20 minute walk from the places where Shakespeare was born and went to school, as well as the world-famous Royal Shakespeare Company theatre. History buffs will be in awe of the quality of the architecture not only in Stratford-Upon-Avon but also in nearby places such as Warwick Castle, Blenheim Palace, the Cotswolds towns and villages and the historic spires of Oxford. Shopaholics can exhaust their budget at Bicester Designer Shopping Outlet or the shops of Birmingham; while visitors craving peace and quiet can take long walks or bike rides through beautiful countryside.
Shottery is an excellent base for seeing the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) which starts only a short drive from Unicorn Barn. Towns like Broadway and Chipping Campden are about a 30-minute journey, while Bourton-on-the-Water and Upper and Lower Slaughter are not much further. There are many miles of footpaths, cycle routes and bridleways in the Cotswolds, while the nearby Malvern Hills AONB also has beautiful trails to explore.

Unicorn Barn is a high-quality barn conversion on a private farm within walking distance of the village centre. The design and furnishings have been chosen with particular consideration to wheelchair users with wide doorways, solid floors and appropriate height light switches just a few of the features visitors can expect.

Outside: Unicorn Barn has a private fenced garden with a flat area of lawn, table and chairs and an undercover hot tub. There is also allocated parking outside the cottage.
Additional Information: All utilities, linen and bath towels are provided. There is a weekend/weekly surcharge for the use of the WiFi and hot tub. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Short breaks are possible, depending on availability.
