In addition to the footpath which provides an easy walk into Stow-on-the-Wold with its excellent selection of pubs, restaurants and independent shops, there are lots of lovely walks that can be enjoyed directly from the cottage door, taking you to pretty Cotswolds villages including The Slaughters, The Oddingtons and Bledington. Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park is just six miles away and there are good facilities for those who enjoy fishing, golf and horse riding within ten miles. Also within easy driving distance are beautiful National Trust properties such as Chastleton House and Hidcote Manor Garden, along with the famous historic buildings of Blenheim Palace and Warwick Castle to name just a few.
Achieving Four Star Gold self-catering graded by Visit England, Swingletree has a romantic bedroom with impressive four poster bed, bathroom with bath as well as a shower cubicle, free Wi-Fi internet access and solid floors which work well for those bringing dogs on holiday. It also has a well fenced paddock next to the cottage where dogs can play safely off-lead. Prices are fully inclusive of electricity, heating, bed linen and towels and the owners are close by and happy to provide assistance if required or leave you to enjoy your holiday.

Swingletree is well-equipped and furnished to a very high standard. It is a very attractive single-level stone barn conversion with a vaulted ceiling and exposed roof trusses.

Outside: There is a patio with garden furniture, a barbecue fire pit, tennis court and lovely views over the surrounding farmland, along with lawned areas.
Additional information: Free Wi-Fi for guests. Bed linen including duvets and towels provided. Off-road parking. The cottage is non-smoking. Pets welcome. The cottage may be suitable for people with limited mobility being all on one level. Please check with the owner before booking to ensure it meets your personal needs both inside and out.
