OUTDOOR AREA - We have a large, south facing garden with views over the adjacent farmland and valley. There is a BBQ and outdoor shower - it is cold water only feed so not for the faint hearted. The front garden has parking for up to 2 cars. Say hi to the chickens at the far end of the garden and fetch fresh eggs from their coop. Please keep dogs away from the chickens at all times.
LIVING AREA- The large living room has three sofas. One of which is a sofa bed for extra guests if needed. There is a log burner to get cosy in front of. A TV with Apple TV.
KITCHEN AND DINING - The kitchen has recently been renovated with all modern amenities including coffee machine and milk frother. An extensive yew dining table, log burner and central island. The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery and crockery as this is a much loved home in the off-season.
UTILITY - With washing machine and air drier. Perfect storage for coats and boots. Iron and ironing board also available.
BEDROOMS - The master has a king size bed with ample clothes storage. Full length mirror and dressing table. Another with a double bed and integrated wardrobe and separate chest of drawers. Two single rooms each with a single bed (one of these can be made into a twin or a double with a pull out carriage bed).All bedding is feather free so antiallergenic. Extra blankets are available for each room should you require extra cosines.
BATHROOM - The main bathroom has a bath, separate electric shower, toilet and basin. You will have access to the whole house (minus a locked office) and gardens. In the winter months, the first basket of logs is provided free of charge. Any additional logs must be purchased at guests expense and the log store should not be accessed without permission. We welcome up to 2 dogs - we request that they are not allowed on the furniture and that you bring a suitable crate if intending to leave your dog unattended in the property.

Pen y Bryn is a small, rural hamlet with a traditional Welsh pub. The village of Cilgerran is only a mile away with an incredibly well stocked village shop. Look up Siop Y Pentre before your stay to have essentials waiting. Cilgerran is also home to The Welsh Wildlife Centre and Cilgerran Castle. The bustling town of Cardigan is 3 miles away and has 3 major supermarkets, plenty of amazing places to eat and lots of independent shops. A car is recommended to make the most of the surrounding area.
