Golygfa Mor is barely a three-minute stroll from the sandy Blue-Flag Tresaith Beach and the waterfront Ship Inn, with beautiful views of Cardigan Bay from the bedrooms and reception rooms. It's a big holiday home accommodating 12 people in six bedrooms and, with six bathrooms, it's ideal for friends and extended families on holiday together. Spend every day at the beach or explore Cardigan Bay and the surrounding area via the Ceredigion Coast Path. Holiday bookings are available all year round, with short breaks possible outside of peak season.
Tresaith is an excellent choice of a holiday destination as it is big enough to have a pub, village shop and cafe, yet not so large that it attracts hoards of summer crowds. Actually, despite its beauty, nowhere on the Cardigan Coast ever gets very busy, which will come as a relief if you're used to spending summers searching for parking spaces and fighting for a bit of space on the sand! Many guests are happy to spend every day at Tresaith while others like to explore, discovering the charm of Aberporth, Llangrannog, Mwnt, and other beaches and coves along the coast. Suppose the wind is blowing in the wrong direction, or you simply fancy a change of scenery. In that case, the Ceredigion countryside is no less attractive and perfect for exploring on foot or by bicycle.
Holiday activities include taking a wildlife boat trip to see the seals and dolphins that make their home in the clean waters of Cardigan Bay or along the River Teifi to Poppit Sands. Go fishing, clay pigeon shooting, coasteering, kayaking, golfing, sailing, mountain biking, horse riding, or relax on the Vale of Rheidol Railway. Local attractions include Llanerchaeron House and walled garden, Cardigan Castle, the Dyfed Shire Horse Farm, and the National Wool Museum.
Whether you're planning a week or two swimming, sunbathing and surfing in summer, or you're catching up with friends and family for a long weekend of winter walks and pub meals, you'll find a warm welcome at Golygfa Mor.

Outside: The front verandah has a bistro table and chairs to sit and enjoy the sea views and gorgeous sunsets. The rear garden has an enclosed patio with garden furniture and picnic tables so you can eat outdoors in warm weather. There is also a brick-built BBQ space for you to comfortably cook al fresco using disposable BBQs. There is a garage to store bikes, surfboards, SUPs and other sports equipment, and off-street parking for five cars.
Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are included. A high chair, a wooden cot and a travel cot (no bedding) are available if requested before arrival. Guests to bring beach towels. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement. There is no smoking allowed at the property.
