Callander is uniquely positioned for exploring the wide variety of the attractions that this area has to offer, and beyond. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy amongst spectacular scenery within the Trossachs, from endless hiking and cycling around the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Forest Park to rigorous hillwalking amongst the numerous Corbetts and Munroes. Alternatively try kayaking and sailing in nearby Loch Lubnaig and Loch Earn or angling in the many local rivers and lochs. Tuition in all activities is available so there is something here for all ages and energy levels! Wildlife enthusiasts, artists and Photographers will have easy access to breathtaking sights and a huge variety of flora and fauna all year round.
Callander has so much to offer visitors from an excellent selection of places to eat to lovely art, antique and craft shops.

Heatherlyn Cottage is located in a very peaceful neighborhood within easy walking distance of Callander's pubs, restaurants and extensive shops. This delightful terraced cottage has excellent amenities, a cosy atmosphere, and wonderful views from the first floor bedrooms.
Accommodation comprises:
Cosy sitting room with comfortable seating, television, DVD player, CD player and a wood burning stove - perfect for curling up in front of on those more chilly nights!
Kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Dining room with table and chairs.
Two large first floor bedrooms: one is a master ensuite with double bed and the other is a spacious twin room with double bed and single bed.

Additional information: Pets are welcome. Cottage gardens (not enclosed) with garden furniture and BBQ. Free street parking within fifteen yards. The cottage has central heating. Bedlinen and towels are provided. Short breaks of three nights minimum offered during low season. Heating fuel and electricity is included within the price.
