Your stay at Bullrush
Bullrush is a spacious Scandinavian-style log lodge designed to offer comfort, flexibility, and a relaxing countryside escape. Sleeping up to four guests, the lodge features two generous bedrooms, each of which can be arranged with either a luxurious super king-size bed or twin single beds, making it ideal for couples, families, or friends travelling together.
The lodge includes two bathrooms, with an en-suite featuring a bath with shower over, plus a separate family bathroom with a walk-in shower. A practical utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer provides extra convenience for longer stays. Access is via a gently sloping ramp leading into the utility room, making arrival straightforward for guests with reduced mobility.

Positioned just moments from the main lake, Bullrush enjoys a prime location within Willowbank Lodges' private 3.5-acre grounds. Shared with only four other lodges, the peaceful setting offers beautiful views, abundant wildlife, and a true sense of escape.
The charming hamlet of Milkhouse Water provides a tranquil backdrop, with the Hampshire Avon bordering the estate and a crystal-clear chalk stream winding through the landscaped grounds. It's the perfect place to unwind, spot kingfishers and waterfowl, or simply enjoy the sounds of nature.
Outdoor living
A spacious enclosed veranda extends your living space outdoors. It's ideal for dining al fresco, enjoying your morning coffee, or relaxing with a glass of wine while overlooking the nearby lake and stream. The enclosed design also offers added peace of mind for guests travelling with dogs or young children.
As the first lodge on the site and closest to the water, Bullrush benefits from attractive lake views from the veranda.
Accessible features
Bullrush includes a partially adapted bathroom to help accommodate guests with limited mobility. Features include a raised-height toilet and a fold-down support rail, offering additional comfort and convenience during your stay.
Private parking for up to two cars is available immediately beside the lodge.
