Cherry Tree Cottage is in Prinsted, a picturesque hamlet in the highly desirable Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The charming brick holiday home sleeps four people in two bedrooms and is a wonderful place where couples, families or friends feel welcome and settled. It's an ideal location for exploring the beautiful south coast, being within easy reach of historic towns and beautiful beaches. Cherry Tree Cottage is available for bookings all year round.
The Chichester Harbour AONB is a serene landscape left mostly untouched by modern development. As well as being a favourite for sailing and boating, the protected environment, with its open areas and sheltered creeks, is a haven for wildlife and birds like little egrets, Canadian geese and dunlin. The area is between West Sussex and Hampshire, giving visitors excellent access to beautiful countryside, scenic coast, and both the South Downs and the New Forest National Parks. It's a wonderful area for walking (local footpaths lead to Bosham, Fishbourne and Langstone), cycling, fishing, sailing, kayaking and SUP'ing. Bicycle and watersports equipment hire are available locally.
Favourite local attractions include Stansted House and gardens, and beautiful Goodwood House with its exciting calendar of festivals and events. The Weald and Downland Living Museum is more than just a place where you can learn about the past. Their schedule of specialist workshops covers traditional crafts and skills, including one-day courses that you can complete during your stay. Fishbourne Roman Palace and Portsmouth Historic Dockyard are perfect for all ages, or why not step back into the middle ages with a visit to Arundel Castle. Brighton is around an hour's drive from Cherry Tree Cottage, while Portsmouth is only 15 minutes, with regular passenger and car ferry services to Ryde on the Isle of Wight.

Cherry Tree Cottage is a traditional Victorian terraced property with accommodation over two levels. It has been renovated and modernised to provide contemporary comforts and open plan living that suits modern couples and families.

Outside: The cottage has an enclosed courtyard garden at the rear. There is parking on the road outside the cottage.
Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath and beach towels are all included. The owner regrets they cannot accommodate pets or children under five years old. Smoking is not permitted.
