Ty Coch is a detached farmhouse located on a working mountain farm between Beddgelert and Caernarfon within the Snowdonia National Park.
In a peaceful location surrounded by fields and mountain views it is perfect for relaxing or exploring Snowdonia's mountains, coast and numerous award winning tourist attractions.
Downstairs the property boasts a lovely kitchen diner with views across the garden to Mynydd Mawr Mountain, utility room, Conservatory with views of the fields and Moel Eilio Mountain, bathroom, twin bedroom, lounge with wood-burner and a smaller sitting room.
Upstairs there are a further 4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms) and a shower room.
The garden to the rear of the property has a large slate patio area with a large table and seating perfect for outdoor dining aswell as a lawn. The front garden also has seating and a lawn.
The gamesroom is housed in an outbuilding which is perfect for entertaining children and family fun, includes pool talbe, crazy football, giant connect 4, darts board and can be used for secure bike storage.
A welcome hamper with local Welsh treats awaits all our guests!

Outside: The front lawned garden has seating to enjoy the beautiful views of Moel Eilio Mountain and the surrounding fields. The rear garden has a large slate patio area with a table and seating for outdoor dining and relaxing. Both gardens are enclosed. (please note the rear garden has a stream running along it which has been fenced off)
One of the outbuildings houses the gamesroom which is prefect for entertaining children and family fun, including a pool table, crazy football, darts board and giant connect 4. This can also be used for secure bike storage.
Ample parking space is available for up to 4 cars.
