The three bedroom, two bathroom detached house offers true luxury beach accommodation for up to 6 people. Wake up to watch the sun rise over the north sea or cosy up in the comfortable lounge with views out to sea.
The immediate local are is stunning. The cottage is located on the Berwickshire Coastal Path and right by the award winning Coldingham Bay blue flag beach with its famous beach huts. A few minutes walk along the coastal path and you arrive at St Abbs Harbour - this famous marine and nature reserve with its cafes, water side sauna and phenomenal scenery is a popular diving and outdoor swimming spot due to its incredibly clear waters.
Head along the path in the opposite direction to the coastal town of Eyemouth with its shops, pubs and restaurants and its famous residents seals who are waiting to be fed in the harbour.
Boat trips from both St Abbs and Eyemouth are readily available to get the best views from the water

The Gegan has been recently refurbished to a very high standard with two luxury bathrooms and a brand new kitchen filled with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Three bedrooms give way to 2 luxurious large king size bedrooms with sea views and a smaller twin room to the back of the property with two full size single beds. Egyptian cotton bedding and thick fluffy towels add to The Gegan's sense of luxury.
A beautiful sun filled front and back wrap around garden with garden furniture and featuring a huge stone fire pit, is perfect for watching the sun set over the farmers' fields at the end of a day on the beach, walking along the Berwickshire Coastal Path to St Abbs nature reserve or enjoying the many local places to visit - including Edinburgh which is less than an hour's drive from the cottage or just over half an hour by train.
The cottage is easy walking distance along a sealed path into the village of Coldingham with its two pubs, cafe, shop and historic priory.
