Welcome to our charming two bedroom lodge sleeping up to 4 people located at the base of the mountain of Ben More with commanding views of our loch and glen. This elegant lodge offers an inviting and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing retreat.
Upon entering Raven, you will find a spacious living area, tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and a warm colour palette. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen creating a sociable space for entertaining or simply unwinding after a day of exploring.
The large cathedral ceiling living area with wood burning stove opens onto a patio, a luxury fitted kitchen with adjacent dining area, 2 bedrooms, the master ensuite and a separate bathroom, completes this well appointed lodge.
The Raven's bedrooms have been designed to provide a peaceful haven for a restful night's sleep. After all, a holiday is not a holiday without a good night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king size double bed with 2000 spring, pocket sprung hotel grade mattress and en suite shower room while the second bedroom offers twin beds with 2000 spring, pocket sprung hotel grade mattress making it ideal for families or friends travelling together.
The bathroom is elegantly designed and features a luxurious deep bathtub, perfect for indulging in a relaxing soak with complimentary Scottish Fine Soap Company bath and shower gel.
Outside, the lodge has car parking adjacent, a private patio area with garden furniture where you can enjoy al fresco dining or simply soak up the beautiful Highland view across Loch Dochart and the glen. Every window of the lodge frames a picture of a true Highland landscape.
The Portnellan Estate itself offers a range of amenities, services and facilities including the use of rowing boats, wild salmon and trout fishing on the estate lochs and river, kayaks, paddle boards, games room with table tennis, pool table and a small gym to name but a few.There is a small estate shop and visitor's centre offering local organic meat and local produce. There is an extensive DVD library, selection of board games and information on local events, activities and attractions. Recently introduced on site is a "BBQ hutte" available to hire that seats up to 16 people. Perfect for all year round, regardless of the weather, real fire BBQing experience for family and friends to enjoy.

Whether you choose to venture out and discover the nearby hiking trails, visit local attractions, or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful ambiance the Raven lodge is sure to provide a memorable holiday experience.
Special features include free WiFi, 37″ LCD TV with SKY TV package (variety with sports), Blu Ray DVD player and Nintendo Wii. The Scottish Soap Company toiletries, Egyptian cotton bed linen, bathrobes, towels, bathmats, slippers and programmable electric low energy heating.
