Swan Cottage is perfectly located in the centre of the village of Horning on the Norfolk Broads. A short walk from the heart of the village and all the pubs Horning has to offer.

This property is perfect for those that want to be next to the river but not on top of it, so for those with little people it would be safe as there is no riverside garden to worry about. Newly redecorated to a very high standard this gorgeous house is perfect for your holiday base to explore the surrounding village and Broads. Dayboats can be hired in Horning so you won't miss out on the river fun either. After a short walk or even shorter drive, take the kids to BeWILDerwood adventure park a must for those little ones.

Just across from the property is the public staithe for those that want to pitch up and try their hand at fishing the river (in season) or even just to sit and watch the passing boats from the green, what's more relaxing that watching the world float by?

Well behaved pets welcome (small charge). No all male or all female groups.
