John's Cottage is a fantastic waterside holiday rental on the Norfolk Broads. If you love being on, in, and around water, this property could not be more perfect! Located on a private marina in Wroxham with a massive deck for sunbathing, fishing, and alfresco meals, it sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Its layout works for couples, families, extended families, and friends. As if having water views from every room wasn't good enough, you're only a stone's throw from cafes, restaurants, shops and other amenities like boat hire. There's no better place for a relaxing self-catering holiday on the Norfolk Broads.
Snuggled into a bend of the River Bure, Wroxham is known as the "capital of the Broads". Staying at John's Cottage means you can park up and forget your car for the week because everything you could wish for is within walking or sailing distance. Charter or hire a cruiser or sailboat and explore miles of waterways to see places like Potter Heigham and Hickling Broad. Bring your binoculars - this region is famous for the number and diversity of migrating birds like spoonbills and waders, as well as ducks and other familiar favourites. Follow the River Bure north to Barton Broad or south to Great Yarmouth, or jump on a bike and cycle along trails such as the scenic Wroxham to Ludham Loop.
A holiday in the Norfolk Broads can be sublimely relaxing or full of adventure. It all depends on your preference. Laze away days on the deck of your cottage or on a boat, or enjoy fun attractions like beWILDerwood, SEALIFE Great Yarmouth, and the UK's biggest indoor model railway at Wroxham Miniature Worlds. John's Cottage is a welcoming, two-story holiday home with water on two sides. It's on a private marina, so there are no passing cars. The busiest "traffic" is on the water.

Outside: There is parking and a picnic bench on the grass outside the front of the cottage. A timber deck overlooks the marina and has seating and space for fishing.
Additional Information: When you book John's Cottage, all bed linen, bath towels, utilities, and WiFi are included. Sainsbury's and Tesco deliver to the house. Smoking is not allowed. One dog is welcome by arrangement.
