About The Nest

The Nest (West Runton) is the most beautifully presented annexe. It is filled with sunshine and is bright and airy. It comes with private parking and outside space to sit and enjoy the gardens and bird song. The interior is elegant and calm, decorated in the traditional seaside theme, with quality furnishings, linen and fluffy towels. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and is spacious. To one end is a dining table and chairs to enjoy a meal
The living space is comfortable with a sofa, electric fire for cosy evenings, and a King size bed. There is a wardrobe in the kitchen area for storage of clothes. The shower room is contemporary and stylish.
Outside there is a terrace area with table and chairs, which catches the afternoon sun. Guests have private use of the owners front garden for their stay, which is calm and tranquil. Guests with EV cars may use the private charge point by arrangement.
Shawcross road is a private shingle no through road, with walks directly from the door, up through the National Trust woods to Roman Camp and beyond. The beach at West Runton is about a 10 minute walk. There is a super beach cafe down the slope to the beach. In the village is a very popular pub with a large garden, a lovely cafe serving homemade food, a Thai takeaway and a village shop.For more formal dining The Links Hotel and Golf Club is a few minutes’ walk from the property.
