Welcome to The Halt, Holiday Cottage, Sheringham which caters for families, dogs and children. We offer accommodation over 4 bedrooms which caters for a total of 8 persons. During winter months and the low season the property can also be offered as a 2 bedroom (4 person max) where the two bedrooms on the top floor are closed, but you gain the room and space of a 4 bed house. A 20% discount is offered for lets of 4 persons or less.
The Halt is a self-catering holiday home in Sheringham, Norfolk. The property is located approximately 10 minutes walk from the beach, 3 minutes walk from the North Norfolk Heritage Railway and the main Sheringham High Street. The Halt also has 2 private off street car spaces available.
The Halt is the perfect destination and holiday home in Sheringham for attending the many festivals held throughout the year including the Sheringham Carnival, Sheringham Viking Festival, Sheringham 1940s Weekend, Sheringham Lobster Potties Festival, Sheringham Classic Car and Bike Show, North Norfolk Beer and Cider Festival and the North Norfolk Lights express to name a few! As a two bed property, the upper floor would be closed, meaning that the two bedrooms on level one would be available. Their configurations are one bedroom with a king sized bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds.

As this is a self-catering accommodation, please remember to bring your own toiletries for your stay. Whilst we provide toilet rolls, hand soap, tea and coffee to get you started, a Tesco is a short walk from the Halt which will be able to cater for any additional items you may need.
