Hucklesbrook Farm is home to three holiday cottages all 4 Star (with Quality in Tourism), that nestle around a courtyard on the owner's family farm within the New Forest where ponies roam free. Ideally located, the cottages are within a short drive of the sandy beaches of the South Coast and have the many attractions of the New Forest nearby.
Clean, warm, light and airy, the self-catering cottages all offer spacious living areas that have been attractively furnished with a country feel providing comfortable sofas, family dining table and newly fitted kitchens - perfect for relaxing after an exciting day exploring the Forest! Each cottage has its own garden that is safely fenced for younger visitors with patio garden furniture and a lawn.
A quality conversion of a single storey 19th century barn; Roe, Fallow and Badger Cottage each sleep five guests (plus a baby) and sit within a courtyard of lawns and flowers behind the owner's delightful 17th Century Farmhouse. Offering direct access to the New Forest they are ideal for walkers and cyclists and those seeking a farm stay where you will see horses, ducks, hens and cattle grazing in the fields (collecting the hen's eggs is popular with the children in the morning!).
Guests have the use of a games room with table tennis, table football and a selection of outdoor games and there is bike storage available, along with an old orchard a few hundred yards from the cottages with a swing and playfort with slide, sandpit and football goal where the children can let off steam. Why not try your hand at catching tiddlers (and the odd trout if really lucky) from Hucklesbrook which runs through the old orchard!
The market towns of Ringwood and Fordingbridge are a short drive away offering a great range of shops for provisions, restaurants and market produce. Further shops and activities can be found in the seaside town of Bournemouth which is twenty five minutes drive away, as are the glorious South Coast sandy beaches.

Outside: The cottage has a private garden laid to lawn which is fenced for children's safety with its own patio, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Ample off-road parking available and the games room provides entertainment on rainy days. The chickens live in the old orchard in the hen house and eggs are free for the children to collect.
Additional information: Linen, towels, electricity and full central heating are included in the price. Short breaks available and discounts for couples upon request. Unfortunately no smoking and no dogs in the cottages. One cottage (Badger) is suitable for people with limited mobility). Changeover day is Friday (Badger Cottage offers a Friday changeover and Fallow Cottage offers Saturday).
