Grafton sleeps four guests in three bedrooms, 2 x King and 1 x full Single, and provides spacious yet cosy self-catering holiday accommodation. Well equipped, this Regency style holiday home sits in a quiet position in Pennington looking over a central green and is within just a mile of the attractive Georgian market town of Lymington. Located on the Southern Edge of the Forest, Lymington is a popular sailing centre with its lovely shops, famous Saturday market, pubs and restaurants.

Ideally located, Grafton is well placed for exploring the pretty villages of Brockenhurst, Burley and Beaulieu, along with the South coast beaches.

You can take a ferry to the Isle of Wight for the day from Lymington and there are also plenty of other day trips to enjoy with something to suit all ages. These include Marwell Zoo, Paultons Park, Bucklers Hard and excellent shopping at West Quay, Bournemouth, Southampton and Castle Point.

For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the New Forest is an outdoor playground of some one hundred and fifty square miles and a paradise for walkers, cyclists, horse riders and wildlife enthusiasts.

Comfortable and welcoming lounge with sofa, chairs, Smart Television and DVD player.
Dining area with table and chairs seating four guests. Glass doors take you out to the patio garden.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven and hob.
Hallway leading to the cloakroom with wash basin and WC.

Upstairs

Family bathroom with bath, wash basin, WC and separate shower cubicle.
Spacious master king-size bedroom with full double fitted wardrobes, ample drawer space for clothes and also a handy full vanity unit with wash basin and mirror.
Second king-size bedroom with double full size fitted wardrobes and full size chest of drawers.
The third bedroom has a single bed (with unit beside) and chest of drawers.

Additional information: Electricity, gas, bed linen and towels (except beach) included in the price. Wi-Fi internet access provided free of charge. Usually Friday changeover but can be flexible. Short breaks available - please enquire with the owner. Pets welcome at no extra charge. No smoking inside the property. Travel cot and high chair available upon request (no charge).
