Built in 2007, Sea Breeze stands out from the older Brambles Chine bungalows for its generous size, modern layout, and sense of privacy. It's light, airy, and well equipped, with an open-plan living area and patio doors leading out from both bedrooms into the rear garden. The holiday village has a friendly, laid-back feel with everything close by, including a children's play area, crazy golf, a 9-hole pitch and putt, tennis court, and football field for family fun. A short walk leads to Colwell Bay, a gently sloping sandy beach backed by cafés and the famous Hut restaurant, known for fresh seafood, cocktails, and those unforgettable sunsets.
From Sea Breeze, you're perfectly placed to explore the island's west coast. Freshwater village, just a few minutes' drive away, offers shops, supermarkets, and a leisure centre with an indoor pool, as well as horse-riding and golf. Walkers will love the nearby Tennyson Down trail leading to The Needles — one of the Isle of Wight's most famous landmarks — while families can enjoy gentle coastal paths, safe swimming, and boat trips along the coast. Further afield, discover Carisbrooke Castle, the lively resort of Yarmouth, or Parkhurst Forest where red squirrels roam. Whether you're chasing adventure, history, or pure relaxation, Sea Breeze makes an inviting base for discovering the best of the island.

There's a children's play area nearby, along with crazy golf, a tennis court, and a football pitch. Free parking is available close to the property.
