With 11 individually styled bedrooms, the house comfortably sleeps up to 25 guests. You’ll find a mix of elegant four-poster beds, a super king, spacious king rooms, and flexible layouts including twin options, making it ideal for families and groups. Eight bath and shower rooms, several ensuite, ensure there’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind.

Inside, there’s room to gather and relax, with three welcoming reception rooms, generous dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen centred around a traditional Aga. Whether you’re enjoying a slow morning coffee or settling in for an evening by the fire, the house is designed for easy, comfortable living.
Step outside and you’ll discover expansive gardens perfect for relaxing or playing. In the warmer months (May through to the end of September), guests can enjoy the heated above-ground splash pool, while the lawn is ideal for games like croquet or table tennis. There’s also a sunny terrace for al fresco dining, overlooking the gardens and the charming historic dovecote.
For quieter moments, curl up with a book in the morning room, or enjoy a film on the large-screen TV with Sky. Younger guests will find plenty to keep them entertained, both indoors and out.
Set in the peaceful village of Eardisland, The Manor House offers a true countryside escape. It’s a place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the surroundings.
