Mill End is a gorgeous holiday house in a beautiful location. The medieval country house is in the welcoming village of Mitcheldean, six miles from Ross-on-Wye and within easy reach of the cathedral city of Gloucester. It's the perfect choice for your family reunion, celebration or fun hen weekend as there is plenty to see and do within a small radius. The owners of Mill End also run successful events and catering businesses (please see their website for more detail). They can help with activities and catering to ensure that you and your guests have a relaxing and fun time. There is a small supermarket, fish and chip shop, pub and microbrewery within walking distance. All supermarkets deliver, and you can arrange for some meals to be catered in-house if you're planning a special meal or want the luxury of having someone cook for you. The owners do not allow outside caterers to use their facilities.
Mitcheldean is a quiet, friendly village convenient for some of the region's favourite sights and attractions. The Forest of Dean is a great place for walking and mountain biking. You can hire bikes locally or if you bring your own, wash and store them securely at Mill End. Kayaking and fishing on the River Wye are also popular, as are golf, gorge walking, horse riding and abseiling. Local attractions include Puzzlewood, Clearwell Caves, Gloucester Cathedral, and Chepstow Castle. Spend a day at Chepstow or Cheltenham races, or browsing Cheltenham's boutiques.
You don't have to leave the privacy and comfort of Mill End to have a fantastic holiday. Its wonderful garden is perfect for fun and games, and with its sauna, hot tub and treatment room, you can indulge in a pampering weekend. The owners of Mill End have a great reputation for organising hen parties and corporate events with fun activities, great food, and lots of opportunities for socialising with old friends. They can help arrange anything from a Mad Hatter's Tea Party to wine tasting, adding in extras like a photo booth so you don't forget a minute of it!

Mill End is a collection of three properties that have been knocked through to create one spacious holiday home with a flexible layout that can be tweaked to suit your group size and budget needs and offers accommodation between 20 and 34 guests in 10 to 14 bedrooms.

Outside: Guests have a landscaped garden with a sheltered barbecue area, children's play equipment, and off-street parking.
Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are included. Guests will need to bring cot bedding if it is required. Smoking is permitted outside and dogs are allowed at £25.00 per dog to deep clean and flea bomb the house between guests.

For smaller groups of up to 25 over 10 bedrooms, it is £3,500.00 for 2 nights. Off season, up to 25 for £3,000.00 for 2 nights.
In peak season we request that you hire more bedrooms (up to 34 guests over 14 bedrooms for an extra£1,000.00), stay a third night or take out catering, cocktails or hospitality from Bordello Banquets to a total of £4,500.00.
Mid week nights from £1,000.00 per night, minimum of 3 nights. Please enquire - we are open to negotiation within reason!
