Horse Mill Cottage is one of three charming holiday rentals on the family-owned Newhill Farm in Auchtermuchty. This attractive and inviting Fife holiday cottage accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms spread over two levels. It is perfect for large families, multi-generational groups, or friends travelling together. The cottage offers plenty of space and amenities, including a private outdoor hot tub, a heated indoor swimming pool, a games room, and an all-weather tennis court.
Auchtermuchty is situated on the edge of the Howe of Fife, making it easily accessible by car from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Perth, and St Andrews. It is also just 90 minutes from Aberdeen and two hours from Inverness, making it a convenient destination from nearly anywhere in Scotland. Fife is renowned for its golfing opportunities, boasting over 50 courses. Eight are located at the world-famous St Andrews, just a half-hour drive from Horse Mill Cottage. If fishing is your passion, you'll love angling for trout at Loch Leven, Golden Loch, and Kirkcaldy. Additionally, the area offers beautiful beaches and fantastic birdwatching opportunities along the East Neuk coastline and Tentsmuir Nature Reserve. There are also plenty of outdoor activities available, including walking, mountain biking, cycling, and horse riding right at your doorstep.
Guests at Newhill Farm appreciate the convenient access to Perthshire's iconic sites, such as St John's Kirk and Scone Palace. Perthshire is also known for its abundant golf courses, lochs, and rivers, and it offers numerous outdoor adventures and hill walking opportunities.
Horse Mill Cottage can be booked individually or in combination with The Old Stables and The Old Cart House, accommodating groups of up to 14 people.

Outside: Horse Mill Cottage has an enclosed lawn and a patio garden. The outdoor dining space has a barbecue, and there's a seven-person hot tub. Parking for two cars is next to the cottage.
Shared Facilities: A separate games room houses table football, table tennis, snooker, toys, games, and gym equipment. The pool house features a 9-metre heated swimming pool with a Jacuzzi. The farm also has an all-weather tennis court and outdoor space to play.
Additional Information: One dog is welcome by arrangement. A travel cot is available. Bedlinen, bath and leisure towels, utilities, and High Speed Fibre Broadband.
