Oakerthorpe Holiday Village is a fantastic collection of holiday rentals on Amber Mill Farm just outside Oakerthorpe village and within walking distance of the historic Peacock Inn. The owner has paid close attention to detail to ensure everyone, from your great-granny to your toddler, will enjoy their time here. The estate has acres of grounds to run and play, with a BBQ area, a floodlit football pitch, a playground, and a petting park. Children adore the opportunity to help feed animals, collect eggs and pick fruit, while parents love that their children are engrossed with being outdoors and learning new skills. The local area is packed with fun attractions that include the Crich Tramway Village, Alton Towers, and Gulliver's Theme Park. You're within driving distance of Bakewell, Buxton, Matlock and Matlock Bath, and near Chatsworth House and the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site.
Although many guests who stay at Oakerthorpe Holiday Village are families, the estate also welcomes corporate guests who appreciate the space and privacy for their team-building events and meetings. Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are included. The owner accepts tame hen and stag parties. Pets are welcome. There is a £50 charge per pet.
