Sunnybank Lodge is a beautiful privately owned retreat within the Pantglas Hall Estate in the heart of rural Carmarthenshire, centrally located between the bustling county town of Carmarthen (10 miles) and the picturesque town of Llandeilo (7 miles). Sunnybank is one of three lodges situated in a private and secluded area away from all the other timeshare cabins. There is space for up to six people to sleep in three cozy bedrooms and an open-plan layout that works brilliantly for families and friends.

Guests have use of the excellent shared facilities (open 365 days of the year) that include an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hot-tub and gym. There are also tennis courts, a small football pitch, children’s play area and mini golf. In the Mews building you will find the Reception Office, café bar, restaurant, pool table and dartboard, two full size snooker tables, toddlers play area, table tennis and laundry room. All of which are a short stroll from the Lodge.
Start your day with a stroll around the estate's footpaths, taking in the woodland and stopping to admire the ornamental lake and the ruins of a romantic stone tower. When you're ready to explore further, you will find places like Brechfa and Abergorlech close by with mountain bike trails to suit all abilities.
Carmarthenshire boasts spectacular gardens including the National Botanical Gardens, and the beautiful grounds of Dinefwr House and Aberglasney House, all of which are within a 10-minute drive from the lodge. Spend a day at Pembrey Country Park (take your bikes or hire them in the park) there is a dry ski slope and allow some time on the adjoining spectacular Cefn Sidan beach. There is also Llanstephan castle and beach to explore, these beaches are a forty-minute drive away.
Approximately around an hour’s drive away are the quaint seaside towns of Tenby and Saundersfoot along with the popular theme park attractions of Oakwood, Heatherton and Folly Farm. The fabulous coastline of the Gower peninsular is well worth the 45-minute drive. Further afield is the Brecon Beacons mountain range and Waterfall Country, offering spectacular views via an extensive network of trails.
Days out can include going to the National Wetlands Centre, the Millennium Coastal Path, Go Ape, Margam Park and the Penderyn Distillery Visitor centre. Alternatively, stay onsite and make the most of the facilities available. By booking Sunnybank Lodge, you have the flexibility to plan activities that will keep everyone happy.

Sunnybank Lodge is a spacious Scandinavian styled log cabin which is furnished to provide a very comfortable accommodation on one level.
Outside: In addition to the resort's extensive ground and amenities, guests at Sunnybank Lodge have a private terrace garden with seating and a barbecue. There is off-road parking for four cars.
Additional Information: All utilities, WiFi, bed linen, and towels are provided. A travel cot (no bedding) and a high chair are available. Short breaks (Mon-Fri only) are possible, in off peak periods. The estate is pet-free so dogs are not permitted. No smoking. Changeover is Saturday. Children under 14 must be supervised in the leisure facilities and are not allowed in the hot tub.
Sunnybank Lodge is a privately owned log cabin, situated within a timeshare resort and as such, guests can enjoy all the facilities offered by the resort:- Restaurant, Coffee shop/bar. Table tennis. Snooker. Darts, Pool table, Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, Hot Tub. Gym, Childrens Playground, Tennis courts and Football pitch.
