Exclusive: new private hot tub

Fullers Hill Cottages are located in rural Cambridgeshire and provide four stylish exceptionally well presented self-catering holiday homes accommodating up to six guests (two apartments sleep four and two sleep six). Each apartment offers contemporary beautifully designed accommodation that has achieved 4 Star Gold standard, providing everything needed for a relaxing holiday or break at any time of the year. Within the grounds, guests can enjoy the communal use of a hot tub (for those booking The Tack Room, you will have your own private hot tub in the garden).

Nestling amongst rolling countryside in a beautiful position, Fullers Hill Cottages are ideal for families, friends and also couples looking for a stylish retreat and are easily accessible to the many attractions of the area, including a host of activities for outdoor enthusiasts. These include the vibrant historic City of Cambridge with its restaurants, history and entertainment (fourteen miles); Little Gransden Airfield and Gransden Lodge Airfield for private gliding and flying; mountain biking on the bridleway network and excellent road cycling routes; golf (packages available with Bourn Golf Club); superb horse riding opportunities with miles of wonderful off-road tracks and routes to enjoy and fantastic walking opportunities in the miles of surrounding footpaths and bridleways.

Being a family run farm and airfield, the owner's are able to accommodate niche interests – it is possible to fly in should you wish, or bring your horse away with you to make the most of the great riding opportunities. The may extra special touches, beautifully presented accommodation and wealth of local knowledge will ensure you get the most out of your stay and have a truly memorable holiday!

All of the apartments have stylish kitchens that are well equipped to cater for all your needs including integrated dishwashers, ovens/hobs, plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and pots/pans, along with dining areas for enjoying supper located close to the kitchens. Modern shower rooms are tiled with WC's and wash basins. Sitting areas have comfy seating, big televisions (flat-screen with Freeview), Blu-ray DVD players and docking stations for you to enjoy your own music. Each apartment has Wi-Fi internet access throughout (free of charge). Bedrooms have comfortable beds with feather duvets and pillows adorned with Egyptian cotton linen, along with ample space to hang clothing and storage drawers. There is a communal laundry area for guest use with washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and clothes dryer and each apartment has an iron (including ironing board) and hair dryer.

  • The Old Dairy offers split level accommodation and sleeps four to six guests in two first floor bedrooms (the 'master' room with a super-king and the other offering flexible sleeping with two singles that can be linked together to form an additional super-king). There is also a shower room upstairs with wash basin and WC. The ground floor offers a welcoming kitchen with dining area and a separate living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate the extra two guests (for parties of six). Guests can enjoy views over the airfield with some lovely items inside the apartment complementing the aviation theme. This apartment has its own washer/dryer.
  • The Hayloft sleeps four guests and offers ground floor living with two bedrooms (a super-king and a twin room with two singles that can be linked to provide an additional super-king). There is a shower room with wash basin and WC. Formerly a working hayloft, the decor has been beautifully coordinated with natural colours to reflect its past history and the large clock that can be seen on the front of the building dates back some seventy years, letting you know when it is gin and tonic time!
  • The Stables also offers ground floor living on one level, sleeping up to six guests in accommodation that is fully wheelchair accessible. Perfect for couples using the one bedroom but equally accommodating for four if the sofa bed in the living area is used and also six guests if bunk beds or a cot are placed in the entrance lobby. With a fresh spring theme of pale green and pink colours, The Stables provides flexible accommodation. There is a communal laundry room for guests shared use.
  • The Tack Room sleeps four guests with ground floor living. This cottage affords its own private hot tub and offers two bedrooms (the 'master' room with a super-king and the other offering flexible sleeping with two singles that can be linked together to form an additional super-king), along with a shower room with wash basin and WC. Formerly the place where the tack for the shire horses was kept, the apartment’s past shines through with reminders including an antique harness that can be found in the master bedroom. Refreshing colours of blue and cream provide all the right ingredients for a relaxing environment. Guests have access to the communal laundry room.

Outside: Guests have the shared use of a garden area with communal hot tub and BBQ for use during the warmer months. There is plenty of off-road parking.

Additional information: A ground source heat pump provides Eco friendly under floor heating in each apartment. Dogs welcome. A cot can be provided. Additional cleaning service available for those who want a 'freshen up' during their stay. One of the apartments (The Stables) offers wheelchair accessible accommodation. Strictly no smoking. Free Wi-Fi for guests available in all apartments.

Large groups: Up to twenty guests can be accommodated when all four cottages are rented together. Hen parties are welcome - please enquire about stag parties. Outside catering can be arranged offering anything from a vintage tea party to a candlelit supper including a hog roast! Dining for up to eighteen is available (if this is required it must be confirmed prior to arrival).

Prices: From £120 per apartment per night (£200 per night for The Tack Room which has its own hot tub). Short breaks available (two night min).
