Meadowbrook Farm is home to four holiday cottages and encompasses some five hundred acres of land which has been farmed by the Wynn family for three generations. The old barns were converted back in 2002 to provide four comfortable welcoming holiday homes that afford lots of original character and charm.
Sitting in a peaceful position, Meadowbrook Farm is located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, nestling in the picturesque hamlet of 'Moreton' in Oxfordshire and within easy reach of the Cotswolds and its many attractions. Sheep (and lambs which are a joy to watch in the spring) graze the fields surrounding the cottages, along with horses and cattle. A quite spot, there is no passing traffic making the cottages ideal for those who are looking for a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind.
The historic market town of Thame has a market every Tuesday and a good choice of eating establishments and shops for stocking up on provisions. The town is just a few minutes away in the car, or alternatively walk across the footpath in approximately fifteen minutes. Guests can also enjoy a number of pleasant walks around the farm where plenty of wildlife can be spotted, along with ducks and Carp on the two large ponds.
Locally there are many pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes, along with sports centre, cycle routes and golf courses for those who enjoy a game.

Taking the name of it's once original purpose (cattle shed), Byre Cottage provides spacious and luxury accommodation for 2 people.
The cottage retains much of its original character with exposed beams and original features. An electric log effect stove adds to the charm of this cottage, particularly during the winter months.
The accommodation comprises: One bedroom with twin beds; Large bathroom with bath and shower; Open plan living area with comfortable leather sofa, dining area and kitchen with 'Neff' electric hob, oven and microwave.
Ample parking is available and the cottage is fully equipped. There is also an additional laundry room, offering a kitchen/shower area, washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher.
