The winner will be selected by Independent Cottages.
The winner is at the full discretion of Independent Cottages. The decision of Independent Cottages is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Independent Cottages will attempt to notify the winner within three days after the closing date. He/she will be contacted by email.
The winner will have seven days in which to claim his or her prize. If we are unable to notify the winner, or if the winner fails to respond within the fixed time period, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and Independent Cottages reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with these terms and conditions and the competition information. Upon confirmation of acceptance the winner may be announced on the Independent Cottages social media channels.

The prize includes a 3-night stay at Honey Cottage for up to 4 guests.
Travel dates will be set once travel restrictions are lifted and it is safe to travel again.
Independent Cottages may restrict the travel dates based on availability.
Prize information will be sent out via email after the winner has accepted their prize, and arrangements will be made for dates and times of travel once it is safe and appropriate to do so.
International flights and any other travel are not included as part of the prize.
Spending money and other expenses are not included as part of the prize.
Prize may not be sold on online auction sites. Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other alternative.
Employees connected with this promotion from Independent Cottages, Travel Agents, any employees of third-party prize suppliers and promotional agencies and their families are excluded from taking part in this competition. Anyone found to be a third-party supplier will automatically forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place.
