Rosevalley Luxury Glamping Pods is a Highland hideaway perfect for couples or families who love the outdoors but still want their home comforts at the end of the day. Set in a peaceful spot beside the River Nairn, three miles from the charming village of Cawdor, this dog-friendly holiday pod sleeps up to four guests in two comfortable bedrooms. Thoughtfully designed with modern comforts, it features gas central heating, a king-sized bed in the main bedroom, a stylish shower room, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything from an air fryer to an induction hob. Large double-glazed doors open onto a private deck featuring a hot tub, ideal for unwinding and taking in the tranquil riverside setting. It's the ideal retreat for couples, small families, and even well-behaved dogs, who are welcome for a small additional fee.

There's plenty to explore right on your doorstep. Cawdor Castle is a short drive away, offering history, gardens and woodland walks, while the pretty coastal town of Nairn (seven miles away) boasts sandy beaches, championship golf courses, and opportunities for dolphin spotting along the Moray Firth. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the scenic walks, cycling routes and fishing spots nearby, while local pubs and cafés offer a warm Highland welcome. For families, Talk of the Town play centre and the nearby Highland Wildlife Park are also within easy reach.

Further afield, Inverness - just nine miles away—has plenty to offer, including Inverness Castle, the Victorian Market, the Botanic Gardens, and riverside walks. From here, you can take a boat trip on Loch Ness, visit the hauntingly beautiful Culloden Battlefield, or start your journey on the famous North Coast 500. Accommodation Comprises:

Steps lead to the deck and French doors that open into the living area. Once inside, the accommodation is on one level.

  • Enjoy beautiful leafy views and lots of natural light in the open-plan living area and kitchen. Glazed doors between the interior and timber deck provide a seamless transition from indoors to outside, allowing you to enjoy the outlook in all seasons.
  • The seating area has a two-seater sofa, two tub armchairs, and a Smart TV, complemented by a soft rug to create a cosy ambience.
  • Clever kitchen design makes great use of the space with a long bench providing both space to prepare meals and as a dining table with four upholstered stools. Appliances include an induction hob, air fryer, kettle, and toaster.
  • The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with drawers underneath for storage.
  • A second bedroom has two single beds, each with a reading light. High-quality bedding and bed linen aid a restful night's sleep.
  • The modern shower room features a walk-in corner shower, a WC, and a handbasin.

Outside: The glamping pod is accessed via a gravel path from the parking area. The timber deck has built-in seating, and there's a wood-fired hot tub next to it.

Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are included. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a small surcharge. Smoking is not allowed.
