Accommodation comprises:
Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dish washer, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, pots, pans, cups, plates and cutlery etc.
A small stock of tea bags, instant coffee and sugar is available as well as kitchen roll, sandwich bags, tin foil and cling film. These items can be bought locally if you run out.
The dining area has a large table and seating for eight, also a freeview 32"LED TV, CD player and docking station for iPods and MP3 players.
Front Porch:
In the front porch you will find a coat stand, shoe rack and bench seating.
Lounge:
In the lounge there are 2 three seater settees, 2 lounge chairs, a writing desk with a chair and a bookcase with some novels, natural history books, maps and a number of board games.
There is a 50" Smart TV, DVD player and a small number of DVD's.
The lounge has an open fire.
Bedrooms:
There are 3 double bedrooms, one of which is situated downstairs with a family bathroom beside it, the other two are upstairs with a shower room of the landing.
Each bedroom has a built in wardrobe with coat hangers and storage, also there is a chest of drawers in each room.
Bathroom and Shower room:
The downstairs bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower and screen.
The upstairs shower room has a shower cubical.
Hand soap is provided.
Utility room:
Here you will find the boiler, washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron.
There is also a dehumidifier and a clothes rail in the this room which can be used for drying wet clothes and footwear.
Outside the Property:
Outside, there is a pleasant patio area with garden seating and a large bench, providing a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A clothes line is also provided.
The garden is enclosed by fencing, although we recommend keeping the gate closed to discourage the local sheep from wandering in!
The deer, however, are rather more determined visitors and can still make their way over the fence.
They are quite accustomed to people and cause no problems, so it is not unusual to see them quietly grazing in the garden.
There is ample private parking within the fenced area.
