Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), bright open plan living area, all mod cons, private parking, outside sitting area. There is also a comfy sofa bed in the sitting room.
St Nicholas House was part of a the high quality boarding accommodation for St Leonards School which has been part of the history of St Andrews since 1511. The Boot Room was the area where the girls boots were stored and cleaned. Surrounded by mature gardens and trees this secluded house with its historic orchard is a stunning place to retreat. The apartment is all on one level.
Private entrance leads to large hallway.
Open Plan living room area overlooking the garden with oak flooring, dining table/ 6 charis, ample comfy seating, tv with dvd and sky, micro system which includes digital radio, cd player and ipod dock.
Kitchen area with marble worktops, dishwasher, hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave.
Master bedroom - Kingsized bed, mirrored fitted wardrobes, large en-suite shower room, very bright room with lots of windows.
Second bedroom - two single beds and mirrored fitted wardrobes.
Family bathroom - bath with overhead shower.
Outside - seating/patio area for private use within courtyard which is entered directly from the living room. There is also a communal grassed area around the building which can be used to follow the sun all day (when we have sun!) - there is also a listed Orchard in front of the building which was historically used to provide fruit for the girl boarders - guests are welcome to pick the apples, plums and damsons in season.
Parking - there is a private parking space directely outside the entrance - visitor spaces are also available for an extra car.
