Teaghlach is a spacious 5 bedroom property situated in the picturesque village of Newtonmore, in the Strathspey and Badenoch area of the Scottish Highlands. Newtonmore is located within the Cairngorms National Park. As you can imagine, with stunning scenery as far as the eye can see, the Highlands is a very popular holiday destination. For the more adventurous visitor, there are many outdoor and water sports to try in the area, hikers and hill walkers are simply spoiled for choice. Cycling enthusiasts will be bowled over by the amount of trails and tracks on offer. During winter time why not try skiing in Aviemore. There is fun for all the family all year round.
Teaghlach really does provide the perfect base to explore the Highlands, and surrounding areas. Fort William, Mallaig, Inverness, The Isle of Skye, Aviemore are just some of the amazing places that are just a drive away. The Landmark Centre in Carrbridge is a must for families, offering water slides, rock climbing, treetop trails and so much more. If a trip to a Distillery is of interest, take a scenic drive along the famous Whisky Trail, where you can choose from numerous Distilleries. There is also Dalwhinnie Distillery, which is located just a short drive from Newtonmore.

Teaghlach is a spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom property. There are 4 large king bedrooms, and the 5th bedroom has 4 single beds in a large room. Two of the king bedrooms are en suite, there is an additional family bathroom, and also a WC.
The property boasts 2 sitting rooms, one being the main lounge, the 2nd being a kids relax/play area. The kids lounge has sofas, a tv, and some toys for younger children. The main lounge has a fantastic 75" tv, 2 large sofas with recliner feature. The main lounge also has a log burner, and an electric piano for your entertainment. There is a large open plan kitchen and dining room, with an additional tv in the dining room. The property also has 2 utility rooms, one with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully operational, with a large American style fridge/freezer, and also has a dishwasher.
The garden is a very good size and is completely fenced off to protect any furry friends when visiting. There is also a fantastic 6 person hot tub in the back garden, which has a roof over it to protect guests from the rain. There is also a bbq in the patio area of the garden, which guests are welcome to use if they wish. The drive at Teaghlach is very large, and can easily accommodate guest vehicles.
