Living
Relax and enjoy the sea views from the front living room, it is a particularly luminous space with its vaulted ceiling and large roof windows. Comfortable and relaxing, with a rather neutral decor, you will be delighted whenever you decide to visit ... there is a log burner awaiting guests arriving in the autumn/winter season, very cosy. Chromecast Streaming TV is available as well as high speed WiFi, necessary for work and pleasure (a work station is available).
If you don't want to eat out every night, that's fine, our kitchen is extremely well equipped and excellent local produce easy to find in town, be it fish and seafood or more meat based.
Along side the dining kitchen, the garden room provides more space where you can relax whilst reading or playing board games, and where an additional cloakroom is also located.
The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and equal in size. The ensuite with a king size bed, wardrobe and drawers is pleasantly luminous with a stylish ensuite (bath & shower). The twin room similarly has a double wardrobe and drawers with the shower room along side it.
Last, but not least, you will be surprised by the extensive back garden leading to a patio, with uninterrupted, breathtaking views out to the Moray Firth ... a perfect spot for a barbeque or drinks!
Parking-wise, there is a dedicated on-site parking space as well as street parking.

In June, Portsoy is home to the renowned boat and folk festivals, both of which are immensely enjoyed by very many people each year.
For those seeking nature and walks, Portsoy and its surroundings has a lot to offer ... coastal path to Sandend along the West Braes (1.5 hrs), East Braes along the coast towards Whitehills, dolphin and whale spotting as well as the Northern Lights, if you're lucky to be around at the right time :).
Portsoy is also home to various, well-known film settings such as Peaky Blinders and Whisky Galore, but more than that, Portsoy is just a beautiful place, steeped in history with lots to discover, and lovely people.
You will be made very welcome!
