Ensuite Bedroom: Spacious double bedroom with garden view and large walk-in wardrobe. Ensuite has bathtub and shower, twin sinks and heated mirrors.

25% deposit payable by bank transfer. Deposit is refundable if booking is cancelled 28 days or more, prior to arrival. Remaining balance to be paid in cash or by bank transfer (UK accounts only) on the day of arrival. Dogs are allowed at the property but should be restricted to kitchen and living room areas. An additional cleaning fee of £45 is payable. Property should be left clean and tidy upon departure. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
