Holly House Farm is home to three impressive luxury properties in a unique and stylish development within easy reach of the historic market town of Richmond on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Nestling amongst private grounds, the holiday homes afford wonderful views over the beautiful rolling open countryside of Swaledale - a tranquil setting to relax and unwind yet within easy walking distance of the popular historic market town of Richmond in the heart of North Yorkshire.

The farmhouse (featured within this advert) is the largest holiday home sleeping up to eight guests in four bedrooms; The barn sleeps six and there is a two bedroom cottage sleeping four. Ideal for couples, families or friends, the properties can also be rented together to accommodate larger parties of up to eighteen and there are plenty of additional facilities that the owner can book to make celebrations extra special. Catering, individual / group training sessions, cycle safaris to explore the Dales and photo shoots to capture the special occasion to name just a few!

From the minute you arrive you can immediately start to relax and unwind. A welcome hamper awaits your arrival and modern conveniences ensure a high level of comfortable including Wi-Fi internet access, stylish kitchens with granite worktops, log burners and wonderful wooden hot tubs to relax and soak up the scenery in each property.

Just a mile from Richmond, Holly House Farm is located close to the pretty Yorkshire village of Hudswell with a community run pub and sits on the outskirts of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It provides an ideal base for exploring one of England's most picturesque areas and is a superb location for walkers, cyclists and lovers of the great outdoors. Yet it is easily accessible from the A1 motorway and within driving distance of the North York Moors, York city centre, Hadrian's Wall and the Yorkshire coastline.

  • Spacious open plan kitchen with large island as a feature, leading in to the dining area with vaulted ceiling reaching up to the galleried landing. The kitchen/dining area also leads in to a cosy living room with log burner, comfy seating, television and Hi-Fi.
  • Master bedroom which like all bedrooms has zip and link beds that can either be made up as a super-king or twin. There is also an en-suite shower room.
  • Cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

First floor

  • Two further super-king/twin bedrooms which share a bathroom with wash basin, WC, bath and over head shower.
  • Additional master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (again with over head shower).

Outside: There is plenty of off-road parking for up to four cars. A walled patio garden affords a sunny aspect and provides an ideal place for alfresco dining with BBQ area at the front of the property and a hedged lawn at the back with fantastic log fired hot tub.

Additional information: The ground floor bedroom offers potential wheelchair access. Access ramps, grab handles and shower stools can be provided by arrangement. Cots and high chairs can be supplied upon request, along with two z-beds for children under ten years of age (please bear in mind that Henry is designed for a maximum of eight guests). Wi-Fi internet access. Secure bike storage can be arranged. Prices include heating, linen, electricity and towels. Short breaks available all year round.
