ACCESSIBILITY:

Bank Chambers is a duplex apartment with internal stairs between the upper and lower floors. Due to the steps it is not suitable for wheelchair access.
There is parking permits for 2 cars in the nearby Rayrigg Car Park.

The kitchen is a large sociable space with a well-equipped and stylish kitchen. It’s fitted out with Neff integrated appliances, a large double oven, Siematic induction hob and a Nespresso Virtuo coffee machine, allowing you to enjoy delicious meals together at the dining table.

Unwind in the large sitting room, with dual aspect windows allowing plenty of light and views across the town. The beautiful marble fireplace with a large gas fire is perfect for those chillier nights to cosy up in front of the TV.

Bedrooms

On the first floor you’ll find a traditional style super king size double bedroom with zip link feature offering 2 singles if needed and a beautiful feature fireplace.

Head up to the second floor where you’ll find a master super king size double bedroom with large fitted mirrored wardrobes and stunning windows letting in plenty of light. You will also find a super king size bedroom with a beautiful feature fireplace and incredible views of the lakes and fells.

Bathrooms

There are 3 beautifully appointed bathrooms 2 of which are en suite, one with a large contemporary white bathroom with freestanding bath, the second an en suite with walk in shower. There is also a separate wet room style bathroom with walk-in rain shower and underfloor heating.

Utility Room

Finally there is a separate toilet and utility room providing a washing machine/ tumble dryer.

Roof Terrace

Outside you can sip a coffee on the roof terrace in the morning sun with views of the lake and fells. There is a BBQ for alfresco dining, outdoor lighting and a hot tub providing a luxurious end to each day, under the starry skies.
Step outside of the apartment front door and you’re right in the centre of the bustling Bowness town, with an endless choice of shops, pubs and cafes on your doorstep, which can get busy and a little noisier in peak times.
