The delightful Goodleigh Cottage comfortably sleeps up to six and is ideally located for exploring all the wonders that North Devon has to offer, including the award winning beaches, family friendly attractions and Exmoor National Park. The tastefully decorated home-away-from-home has recently been refurbished to a very high standard to ensure guests staying at Goodleigh Cottage have a holiday to remember.
Goodleigh Holiday Cottage is the perfect family and dog friendly self-catering property. The spacious cottage has been finished to a very high standard and has everything guests will need to enjoy a wonderful holiday in North Devon.
The cottage has been designed to take advantage of the excellent countryside views, with the large open plan living area located on the first floor. The living room is made up of a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and the lounge. Doors open from the living area to the first floor terrace that also captures the wonderful views over the North Devon countryside.
On the ground floor of the cottage are the three good sized bedrooms, these include the Master with king-size double bed and en-suite shower room, a standard double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Finally there is the family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower.
Goodleigh is a delightful village on the edge of Barnstaple in North Devon. The village is surrounded by peaceful countryside and is only a short drive from many of North Devon’s popular attractions, such as the award winning Woolacombe Beach and Exmoor National Park, which is the perfect setting for a traditional cream tea. The village itself is popular with both walkers and cyclists with lots of countryside lanes and footpaths to explore, there is even an excellent pub, The New Inn, which serves home cooked meals.
