The cottage is situated in the pretty little village of Kingston with its friendly pub. The detached cottage is light and spacious and full of charm. There is a good sized, pretty and fully enclosed garden with off street parking for at least 2 cars and electric vehicle charging.
As well as the very beautiful stretch of South Devon coastline nearby, the cottage is surrounded by rolling countryside; the area being designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Our cottage is close to Wonwell beach and the lovely sandy beach at Bigbury on Sea.
