53 Peninsula Cottage is perfectly placed right in the heart of the Norfolk Broads in the popular bustling Broadland village of Wroxham just a short distance from Wroxham's iconic bridge. Well presented, this modern waterside retreat sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms and is a popular choice with families and friends.
Ideally situated with water to the front and back of the property and lovely views over the River Bure, 53 Peninsula Cottage sits in a peaceful spot next to a private marina. There is always something to see on the river and the excellent amenities of Wroxham are just a short stroll away with shops for provisions, riverside pubs and cafes for a meal out, boat hire to explore the waterways, fishing from the grounds and riverside walks from the front door.
Wroxham is often referred to as the 'Capital of the Broads' and has been a boating mecca for many years with one of the Norfolk Broads busiest stretches of river. Its other claim to fame is Roys, the biggest village store worldwide selling an excellent range of provisions for your self-catering break.
Whether you want to simply relax by the river, splash about on the water or get out and about exploring, 53 Peninsula Cottage is sure to provide the perfect holiday experience. Spend your days sitting and watching the antics of the boaters as they try to navigate Wroxham Bridge, hire a boat or canoe and explore the magical waterways, or leave this waterside haven and discover the other many attractions that Norfolk has to offer.
Norwich city centre is only a short car ride away with an abundance of things to do. Take the kids to BeWilderwood for a day of fun amongst the trees. Wroxham Barns with its award winning restaurant has something for all ages or take a leisurely trip on the Bure Valley Railway. Sandringham Royal Estate is another popular attraction, as is Norfolk's stunning coastline with miles and miles of golden sand just perfect for lazing, wildlife spotting and coastal walks.
Whatever you do by day, 53 Peninsula Cottage provides a welcoming base for you and your party to relax by night.
