The cottages: The Aviary (featured in this advert); The Coach House and The Ostlery have been converted from three farm buildings to provide guests with a high degree of comfort that will ensure relaxation during your holiday in this beautiful part of Norfolk.
Perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activities, there are plenty of opportunities locally to enjoy walking, cycling, canoeing, kayaking, bird-watching, boating or simply just relaxing. Randalls Cottages have something to suit everyone whether you are a couple looking for a romantic break, a family wanting a holiday or a large group. Each holiday cottage is completely self-contained and has its own garden for relaxing in privacy with BBQ area. Guests also have the use of an indoor heated pool at the neighbouring Old Farm Cottages.
Nestling amongst rolling countryside, the cottages afford views over farmland dotted with orchards, woods and hedges. The villages of Smallburgh with its traditional village pub and Tunstead with its excellent restaurant are both nearby. Wroxham (often referred to as the 'capital of the Broads') is also close by and just three miles from the cottages. A bustling large village, Wroxham offers a good range of shops for provisions, boat/canoe hire, restaurants and riverside pubs - a great place from which to enjoy water based activities and lovely riverside walks.
The cottages are within easy driving distance of the beautiful North Norfolk coast which is great for wildlife enthusiasts with excellent opportunities for keen birdwatchers and seal spotting on the beaches. Visit one of the popular coastal resorts for some traditional seaside fun with Wells-next-the-sea, Cromer and Great Yarmouth being popular choices. There are also impressive country houses with magnificent gardens, steam railways for a taste of nostalgia, zoos and adventure parks for the younger ones and museums for a family day out. Award winning Bewilderwood and Wroxham Barns and are also only a few minutes away or head off to Norwich City to soak up the history and culture with a visit to the ancient Norman Cathedral (with its magnificent Romanesque architecture) and Castle. Norwich also has great shopping, cinemas, theatres and pubs/restaurants for a meal out (just thirty minutes drive).

Additional information: In addition to weekly lets, cottages are available (outside high season or at short notice) for short breaks. Towels, bedding, bathrobes and slippers provided. Free Wi-Fi for guests use. On arrival, guests receive a welcome basket of essentials, including a bottle of wine to get your holiday off to a relaxing start (or alternatively chocolates instead of wine if you prefer).
