The historic town of Colyton is just two miles away with its picturesque narrow streets, thatched cottages and town square. It offers a good range of local shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. The ancient market town of Honiton is just a little further and four miles away, offering a wide selection of shops, railway station and access to the A30 and M5. With its twice weekly street markets, regular farmers markets and abundance of antique shops and interesting little shops selling lace and pottery, Honiton is a pleasure to visit.
Both The Dairy and The Granary are four star VisitBritain rated and two charming self catering holiday cottages which offer the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. They have small private gardens with barbeques for lazy summer days and are centrally heated for cosy winter breaks.
Guests also have the use of the heated outdoor swimming pool which is open from the beginning of May to the end of September and there is a well equipped games room, hard tennis court, croquet, and lawns for outside games.
The beaches at Seaton, Lyme Regis, Beer and Branscombe are all just a short drive away as are a many attractions and places of interest that this delightful area has to offer. There are also beautiful walks from the doorstep.

The cottage offers stunning views to the rear over the lawns and tennis court, and beyond to the hills that provide a beautiful backdrop. There is a small enclosed garden with table, chairs and barbeque where you can sit and take in the vista or eat alfresco.
The Dairy can accommodate up to four people in two bedrooms plus there is a sofa bed for a fifth person. An excellent standard of comfort and modern facilities are provided throughout whilst retaining the character of an old cottage.
Equipped to a high standard, The Diary offers central heating, microwave combination oven, dishwasher, electric hob, fridge, television/DVD, hi-fi and a washer/dryer plus freezer in a utility area which is shared with The Granary.
Additional information: A BBQ and outdoor furniture are provided for guests enjoyment in the garden. Large off-road parking area available. Bed linen, towels (two per person), electricity, heating, welcome pack of food items, household goods and the use of all facilities are included within the price. Cot, high chair, stair gate and Z-bed are available at no extra charge. We welcome well behaved dogs and there is a small additional charge of £20 per pet.
