Cremyll Cottage is a fresh, modern property with fantastic views over the River Tamar to Plymouth. Designed by an award-winning architect, the two-bedroom former coach house sleeps four people in an enviable location within walking distance of the marina, restaurants, bars and shops, and just a short ferry ride from Plymouth's city centre. It's the perfect place for couples, families or friends to combine the city's best with Devon's gorgeous coast and countryside. Whether you're in Plymouth for business or leisure, you'll find it an extremely comfortable and stylish home-away-from-home.
Plymouth is ideal for a holiday in any season. This harbour town, whose fortunes were based around its docks and naval yards, has been reborn into, if not a cosmopolitan city, then at least one that is very much of the 21st Century. That doesn't mean that it's forgotten its roots. Favourite locations include the Art Deco Tinside Lido on the Hoe, restored to its original 1930s glory and as popular on a hot summer day as ever. Wander around the Barbican, stopping by the local institution Cap'n Jaspers, because it's always the right time for a foot-long hot dog and a mug of builder's tea. Take in a show at the Theatre Royal or an exhibition at The Box, visit the National Marine Aquarium, and climb the 93 steps to the lantern room in Smeaton's Tower. Hire a SUP and start your day on the water, or make the most of Plymouth's excellent nightlife and see the sunrise on your way home.
Outside of Plymouth, Dartmoor National Park awaits. It's an amazing landscape that changes with the weather. Walking, mountain biking and horse riding are all readily available via an extensive network of footpaths, trails and bridleways. Alternatively, stick to the coast and follow the South West Coast Path along some of its 630-mile route between Minehead and Poole Harbour. Plan a day at the seaside with a trip to Whitsand Bay, or get your kicks at the Adrenaline Quarry Aqua Park.
Cremyll Cottage has everything you need for a memorable stay in Plymouth. The location is central yet quiet, and the views are spectacular. While the kitchen is fully-equipped for self-catering, the Royal William Yard is within walking distance with an array of bars and restaurants if you'd rather not cook.
