Hector's Loft provides a warm welcome to couples and is an excellent self-catering base for exploring the many attractions of the Cotswolds. Presented to a high standard throughout, the Loft occupies the upper level, has a private garden with sun terrace for relaxing and parking, providing all the right ingredients for a relaxing holiday nestling amongst eleven acres of the beautiful Windrush Valley, which features a half acre pond.
Soft colour schemes, rugs on oak floors, lovely fabrics and quality furnishings throughout are all features in this outstanding conversion that provides comfy spacious holiday accommodation for two guests. There is easy off road parking and approximately six steps that take you down to the south facing terrace which is a sun trap with patio furniture - a very pleasant place to sit and read a book or eat alfresco, particularly on those balmy summer nights.
The village of Temple Guiting has a church and there are four pubs locally serving good food, all within a three mile radius (two of which are within walking distance and excellent). The village also has many footpaths and bridleways, including the Cotswold Way (two miles), along with offering golf Naunton (six miles), horse riding Stanton (four miles), and Cheltenham Races.
This is an ideal base for exploring the many delightful villages and towns of the Cotswold's along with their beautiful architecture and rolling countryside. Broadway (six miles), Stow-on-the-Wold (seven miles), Bourton on the Water (five miles) and Winchcombe (five miles) are all just a short drive away and offer many interesting little shops, tea rooms, coffee houses, restaurants, pubs, museums and attractions. Adams Farm (The Cotswold Farm Park) as featured on country file is also a couple of miles away from Spring Bank Loft. A little further afield are the towns of Cheltenham (eleven miles) and Stratford upon Avon (twenty four miles), which is steeped in culture and history and the birth place of William Shakespeare.
