Orchard Cottage is a lovely property in a stunning location close to Looe and the River Fowey. Set next to woodland and a quiet brook, the cottage is part of Valleybrook Holidays, and sleeps four people in two bedrooms - perfect for couples and families. Not only do guests have a private garden but they also get to enjoy woodlands, fields, playground and games room. The location is excellent as it has easy access to both the coast and the countryside, giving you the flexibility to plan precisely the sort of holiday you want.
Valleybrook is only a few miles from the South West Coast Path, National Trust Lantic Bay and beaches like Polkeris and Polperro. Many of the beaches around here are dog-friendly for most of the year, if not all year round, and there's enough coastline that you'll always be able to find a peaceful spot away from the summer crowds. Many families who stay in Orchard Cottage come year after year with their children graduating from building sandcastles to learning to surf and sail.
The scenery is no less impressive when you head inland. The Fowey Valley is only two miles from the cottage, while Bodmin Moor is within half an hour's drive. Explore via a seemingly-endless network of cycling routes, mountain bike trails, footpaths and bridleways that take you through a landscape as beautiful as it is diverse. You can escape from everyone in the wilds of Bodmin Moor or, if you're feeling more sociable, spend a day shopping in Truro, sightseeing in Plymouth, or enjoying favourite attractions in Cornwall like The Eden Project.
Orchard Cottage is one of only eight properties owned by Valleybrook Holidays. All are child and pet friendly and sleep between four and six people. They are private and self-contained and can be booked on their own or with the other self-catering properties to accommodate extended families or groups of friends. Orchard Cottage is carefully furnished and well-equipped to make it easy for you to feel comfortable and settled as soon as you arrive. Accommodation is over two levels.

Outside: There is a private, enclosed garden with mature trees for shade, and a patio with garden furniture and a parasol, as well as off-street parking. Guests also have use of the estate's woodland, fields, playground and games room.
Additional Information: All utilities, unlimited WiFi, bedlinen and bath towels are provided. Guests to supply beach and dog towels if they are required. A cot (no bedding), highchair and stairgate are available, and the owners may also be able to provide a dog crate depending on availability. Smoking is not permitted.
